Hogsalt Hospitality owner, Brendan Sodikoff, speaks with Crain's about his plan for a Midwest-inspired supper club at Newcastle's Gin Alley. The as-yet-unnamed restaurant will join Green Street Smoked Meats and RM Champagne Salon in the cobblestone alley. The restaurant is scheduled to open midsummer 2019.
