CHICAGO, IL – Newcastle Limited*'s mixed-use project at 1210 N. State Parkway in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood reached a milestone. The project, located at the corner of State Parkway and Division Street, celebrated its topping-off in a ceremony held recently.
Newcastle Limited, the general contractor, Power Construction, the architect, CallisonRTKL, construction crew and project contributors attended a luncheon ceremony to celebrate the hard work everyone put in to reach this milestone.
"The excitement of topping out never gets old! Thank you to all the trades women and men who helped us reach this milestone. We're appreciative for our relationship with Newcastle and their continued trust in Power," said Chris Goray, Vice President, Power Construction. "We're looking forward to the coming months as the exterior cladding installation continues and the first-class interior finishes come to life."
The 12-story project consists of 89 upscale apartments and 18,000 s.f. of retail. The apartments include larger, studio, one- and two-bedroom homes with premium finishes and high-end amenities – 70% of the apartments will feature private balconies or terraces.

Newcastle has retained Canvas Real Estate Collective to lease the retail space. Upon completion, the property will be leased and managed by Reside Living, Newcastle's multifamily brand.
